Robbery, Hostage & Police Interaction Rules
🚨 General Robbery & Kidnapping Conduct
All robbery and kidnapping scenarios must be believable and have high-quality RP.
Do not force victims to access items stored in homes or vehicles.
Do not demand items that are not physically present with the victim.
Victims cannot be ordered to use ATMs to withdraw cash.
Hostages must never be executed.
👮 Rules for Criminals & Police During Robberies
Police must identify themselves on arrival and attempt verbal contact before using force.
Criminals must stay within the active scene for these rules to apply.
Rules are active from the robbery start until criminals escape or arrested.
Both sides should expect suppressive fire to be used without prior verbal warning.
PD and criminals may use intent-to-injure shots after suppressive fire or during escape attempts.
False negotiation info (e.g., lying about robber count) allows PD to use PIT/block tactics immediately.
Do not draw or raise a weapon if someone already has a gun aimed at you.
Wait at least 10 to 15 minutes after escape before changing clothes or disguises.
Direct ocean jumps for escape are forbidden; sea vehicles allowed only after a chase.
A 20-minute cooldown is required between robberies.
🔫 General Robbery Framework
PD authority mirrors real-world standards.
There is no cap on how many officers may respond.
Robbery triggers depend on minimum police presence requirements.
Robbers may not exceed the seating capacity of their escape vehicle.
Robbers may leave immediately after finishing the robbery; hostages remain per negotiated outcome.
Do not coordinate simultaneous robberies to overwhelm PD.
PD may PIT or block escape vehicles as situations demand.
After trigger, the scenario is PD vs robbers; third parties arriving later must not interfere.
Complaining about PD vehicle choices is Fail RP.
Secondary land vehicles are permitted for escape.
No robberies within 30 minutes of server restart.
PD will not breach if robbers use legitimate RP mechanics
Follow server dice rules where applicable.
